As winter nights grow longer and the chill in the air gets colder, it’s common for many to experience dips in mood and energy. Recognising the power of art therapy, CARBON Live is excited to announce Crafted Connections, an evening of creativity, connection, and support for mental health.
Happening on Thursday, November 28th, from 6pm to 8:30pm at Mettricks Guildhall in Southampton, this event is designed to bring people together in a warm, welcoming space for a shared creative experience, with proceeds being donated to Solent Mind.

A Creative Evening with a Cause
At Crafted Connections, guests will have access to all the materials needed to make beautiful, handmade items they can take home and keep for themselves, or gift to loved ones.
From crafting jewellery and personal keychains to decorating candles, guests will leave with unique mementos of a meaningful evening. Each £10 ticket includes these materials, along with a complimentary drink—whether that’s a warm coffee, a house cocktail, beer, or wine. And to create the perfect ambiance, the event will feature live music from Interview, a local student band ready to set the mood with uplifting sounds.
Support for Solent Mind
As part of CARBON Live’s commitment to community, proceeds from Crafted Connections will be donated to Solent Mind, a charity dedicated to promoting mental health and supporting those in need. This collaboration highlights the value of mental well-being, especially as seasonal challenges and pressures can make the winter months more difficult. Every ticket purchase goes toward supporting Solent Mind’s valuable work, directly benefiting those in the Southampton community.
