How to use – Wear them to combat negativity.

- Clear quartz
Properties – the ‘master healer’
How to use – used to cleanse other crystals.

- Rose quartz
Properties – stone of universal love
How to use – rose quartz under your bed will attract new love or renew existing love relationships, depending on your intention.

- Citrine
Properties – promotes motivation, activates creativity and encourages self-expression.
How to use – place a citrine crystal at the crown chakra. Relax and come into a meditative space

- Tigers eye
Properties – Rid your mind and body of fear, anxiety, and self-doubt
How to use – Hold the Tiger’s Eye in your hand and allow its powerful energies to spark that creative fire in you.
