This year’s World Kindness Day falls on Friday the 13th which has been considered an unlucky day for centuries. Today, however, we won’t be focusing on the negative superstitions or myths, today we will focus on spreading kindness around us. The aim is to highlight good deeds and to remind us that the thread of kindness binds us all.
Practicing kindness is very important, especially during these times, and that’s why CarbonLIVE brings you 10 simple ways to start making kindness a part of your everyday life.
These are easy ways that cost little to nothing but might make someone’s day better and put smile on their face.
Talking about good deeds… As you might already know, we are organising Feel Good Festival focused on making you feel good and lifting your spirits. It’s essentially a series of podcasts and masterclasses centred around wellbeing with some amazing guest speakers attending to provide you with the best tips and tricks. All of this is completely free, of course, and you can attend from the comfort of your own home!
We also have a competition running over on our Instagram, so be sure to check that out if you’re interested in winning some amazing stuff.
All this greatness starts on the 23rd of November and we are looking forward to seeing you there!
