Holidays might be cancelled right now but online shopping definitely isn’t and one big positive of lockdown is the amount of time we have to plan outfits ready for post lockdown life. Tips for safe travel

Although it’ll undoubtedly be exciting to jet off to our dream destinations once the lockdown is lifted, there’ll be a few things we’ll have to keep in mind to stay safe. But don’t worry, we’ve got you! Here’s a list of simple tips from RyanAir on how to stay safe.

Before you leave for the airport

  • Download your boarding pass
  • Check your temperature to make sure you’re fit to fly (you might also be asked to have your temperature checked at the airport)
  • Remember to wear a face mask

When you’re at the airport

  • Keep your face mask on
  • Use self-service bag drop
  • Use Fast Track where possible
  • Keep using hand sanitiser as you move through the airport
  • Try to maintain distance from other passengers
  • Don’t queue at the boarding gate

When you’re on the plane

  • Keep your face mask on
  • Remember all on-flight purchases will be cashless
  • Don’t queue for the toilet

When you land

  • Keep your face mask on
  • Continue to maintain distance from others
