Keep active, keep focused, and #keepPERFORMING
What is there not to love about Kappa? Their latest social campaign for Spring Summer 21 aims to support their long and rich performance history, as well as celebrating all sorts of backgrounds in which Kappa has always been known for.
In 1979 they were the first brand in Italy to sponsor a football team, with Kappa bridging the gap between sports and streetwear. They have always been one to represent true culture within sports communities, whilst also becoming one of the biggest brands worn on the street across the globe. As a way of celebrating their history, Kappa are launching their latest social campaign, #keepPERFORMING, which aims to support athletes and other talented individuals across the world.
Within this campaign, Kappa’s key goal is to empower people; providing a sense of inspiration through positivity. The campaign will have a strong focus on diversity and inclusivity, whilst also encouraging people to break out of their comfort zone in order to succeed in life. The brand believes that if you set any goal for yourself, you can achieve it, especially if you keep at it, with this form of endurance making us stronger as a collective.
Some of the campaign’s array of talents from different countries, across the world, include football freestyler Liran Santos, dancer/activist Kate Stanforth, basketball player Kornelijus Budrys, breakdancer Gabriel Infante, gymnast Koffi, and magician Billy Menez. Kappa also selected photographer Theo Cottle and videographer Jamie Walters to capture how much hard work each performer goes through, showing how much of an inspiration they should be to all of us.
