From sequins and sparkles to slinky frocks, we round up our favourite looks from the red carpet

Menswear shined thanks to legends like Lenny Kravitz, whose silver mesh tank top leather pants and matching heels were pure rockstar. Jack Harlow kept things chic in a minimalist head-to-toe black Givenchy look, while Lil Nas X went baroque, taking his affinity for embellishment to new heights in Balmain’s pearl-encrusted suit.
Below we round up some fashion highlights from this year’s Grammys. From Lady Gaga and Hailey Bieber keeping things sleek and classic to Tiffany Haddish and Chloe Bailey’s sequins, Chrissy Teigen’s voluminous pink dress and Lily Aldridge wearing the London designer of the moment, these were our favourite outfits from the red carpet.
Lady Gaga in Armani Privé
Lady Gaga has mastered her signature red carpet style this past year, making a case for classic, sleek and sophisticated ensembles. Her dress for the Grammys, a custom design by Armani Privé, was just this. The one shouldered black gown featured a dramatic white train, and she paired the look with a sleek up do and plenty of Tiffany & Co diamonds.
Hailey Bieber in Saint Laurent
Another star who channeled low-key and sophisticated elegance was Hailey Bieber, who turned heads in a slinky, white, strapless gown by Saint Laurent. The dress, which fitted her perfectly, was complemented by a relaxed braided hairstyle and a barely-there necklace by Tiffany & Co.
Chloe Bailey in Valentino
Not everyone opted for simplicity on the night though – Chloe Bailey looked striking in sequins. The star wore a sparkly silver gown and matching cape by Valentino, which she teamed with platform peep-toes and statement stud earrings by Tiffany & Co.

St. Vincent’s music has spent the past five years or so growing into greater and greater sounds and in the process has become a true muse to a number of designers. Among them is Gucci’s Alessandro Michele. The singer wore a wild dress from the Love Parade collection, which was shown on Hollywood Boulevard. St. Vincent’s dress, with sequins and ruffles and billowing sleeves.
Donatella Versace in Versace
Donatella Versace and her late brother Gianni basically invented the fashionification of music, dressing singers and songwriters and performers more than a decade before the synergy clicked for anyone else. So of course Donatella looks amazing, in her green cage minidress and Gogo boots. Camp, sexy, wild, confident.
If you thought you were sick of pink, allow us to introduce you to Tinashe’s dress. It’s not millennial pink, not hot pink, not Pepto pink…. It’s milky fun pink. The attitude of the tone is underscored by the big weird bow and the plasticine fabric.
