So, we tried Madison Beer’s life-changing makeup tutorial, and here are the results…

Madison beer vogue make up tutorial
A few weeks ago Vogue released a new youtube video as part of their ‘Beauty Secrets’ series, with the nation’s girl crush herself, Madison Beer. Madison revealed her top tips to get her flawless look including how to create soap brows and an ‘easy blush’.
This video has already reached 3.5M views and after watching endless amounts of Tik Tok transformations on this look, we decided it was time to try this ourselves.
My skin has been dull recently and Madison forever looks glowy and full of health. Here are my before and after pictures.

I’m sure we are all guilty of falling back into our old make-up habits no matter how many life changing techniques we learn. Since creating this look at the start of the week I can honestly say I’ve been completely rinsing this cat eye look every day and my family and followers have said how fresh and glowy I look.

For another before and after comparison, check out this Tik Tok which was the first to inspire me to jump on the trend.

Without re-wording the entire tutorial here are a few key takeaways that I picked up from the video,

A good skincare routine – this is key to get the glowy base and ensure the makeup sits nicely on top of your skin. A good eye cream also prevents under-eye creasing.

Cream, then powder – Madison swears by using all of her cream products first onto a fresh face and then going on-top with powders afterwards. With most products she doubles up, for example, she uses a cream blush and then a powder one after to lock in the colour for a full effect.

Eyeshadow as a liner – with a small pencil brush, use a dark eye shadow to wing out for a cat-eye effect. My favorite tip so far is winging out the inner corner using the same shadow to elongate your eyes. An absolute game changer!

Hoops – a chunky gold hoop ties this whole look together and fulfills that bad b**** energy that we know Madison Beer for.

Most of Madison’s top picks of skincare and make-up are pretty high-end, so here is a list of products I used alternatively to create my look.
