The Law of Attraction is the basic principle that the energy we give out is what we receive back, and by using this mindset, we are able to attract anything into our lives. This happens because the energy you give out creates frequencies in the universe which then attract back energy to you of the same frequency. Put simply, positive energy will bring positivity into your life, and the same for negative energy. Many celebrities and influencers, including Ariana Grande, have expressed how they use the law of attraction to make big changes in their lives and accomplish their goals. As humans, we do this subconsciously daily, but by becoming aware we can use it to shape our lives into exactly what we want it to be.
How to use the Law of Attraction:
Vision boards are a fun and effective way of manifesting your dreams. To do this simply gather images of what you want to achieve, this could include travelling, educational success, or a particular job, and put them all onto a board. Make sure you keep this somewhere you will look regularly, to keep reminding yourself of these goals. By spending time creating and reminding yourself of your vision board, you are focusing your energy onto the goals you include on your board.
Law of Attraction planners
Law of Attraction planners help you to focus your mindset on exactly what you want to achieve. They include to-do lists, feel good lists, a gratitude journal and goal trackers. By writing down all of these things you are aligning your thoughts with what it is you want to achieve.
Positive affirmations are another great way of giving out positive energy. You can see these out loud daily or even write them down. You could also write them and keep them around your room to remind yourself of them. Some amazing positive affirmations include, “I can achieve anything I set my mind to” and “I am becoming the person I dream of becoming”.
