How to nail Autumn’s biggest make-up trends (on a budget)

2020 has been going past in a blink of an eye and the cold months are already creeping up on us. We might not be leaving the house as much as we would want to this year but that doesn’t mean we have to fall behind on the trends…

Below are some products that will give you major Autumn vibes and won’t break your bank!

NYX Professional Makeup Powder Puff Lip Cream (£8) – These applicators make it effortless to apply lipstick and you can decide how intense or subtle you want the colour. The shade prank call will give you all the Autumn feels! Top tip: get a lighter shade so you can use it as blush as well as a lippy!

Maybelline Color Strike Eyeshadow Pen (£7.99) – These cream-to-power eyeshadow pens come in seven shades and makes eyeshadow super easy as there is not fallout. They are great if you’re getting ready in a rush and want to look good for those zoom calls. From deep purple to an array of shimmers, these pens are a seasonal must have!

Maybelline Cheek Heat (£8.99) – Blush is a personal favourite to have on the go as it gives a pop of colour to your face without you having to put much effort in. These blushes come in three shades and are a dupe for Glossier’s cloud paints. Top tip: apply some on the bridge of your nose to give a sun kissed look – we don’t have to say goodbye to Summer that soon…

L’Oréal Paris Glow Cherie Natural Glow Lotion (9.99)– This glowing primer can be used in three ways. Just as a base to give you that wet skin look, blend the product in with your foundation to make it more natural or apply at the end of your routine as a highlighter.
